Srinagar Ladakh Highway:

It is a passage connecting Kashmir & Ladakh.

Srinagar is the summer capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu is the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir.

After the independence of India in 1947, Jammu and Kashmir was a state of India. But, from 31st October, 2019, it became an union territory.

Srinagar Ladakh Highway is also known as NH1 and passes through Srinagar, Sonamarg, Drass, Zoji La Pass, Kargil & Leh.
